This was a big week for me, I got to meet more of my family. Unlce Geoff, Auntie Kristin, and my cousin Maya came to town to visit. They came last Saturday and left today. I got to see them for 7 days! I am really greatful that they came and got to hang out with us. As you can see from our pictures, we did a lot this week. We went bowling, visited Muir woods, went to San Francisco, saw Saulsalito, and saw all the nice green hills. Unlce Geoff really likes the greenery!
During this past week I have learned a few new things. I have been sleeping overnight in my crib, my neck is getting stronger, I have been laughing, kicking in the bathtub, and sticking my tongue out when mommy sticks hers out.

We learned that Sam is a very patient dog. Maya did a great job on preparing Sam for when I am older and can play with him. Although, I think Sam is a little sad that Maya has left.

Thank you Auntie Kristin, Uncle Geoff and Maya for coming to visit. I can't wait to see you again!

This week was a big week for Peyton as she had her first immunization shots for her 2 month checkup. After a few minutes of discomfort, Peyton was back to normal. Her next shots are in April for her 4 month check up, can't wait.

"...Today is Valentine's Day and Mommy and Daddy took me to the mall. So we ate some sandwiches and then got my ears pierced. Ohhhh that hurt! But after a few minutes I was back in my stroller and cruising throught the mall. You can see in my newest pictures and/or video (if daddy ever uploaded it) my new earrings are glowing from both ears.

This is a big week around the Silverwood household, we are getting ready for Uncle Geoff and Auntie Kristin to come to town next week. But more importantly, my cousin Maya is coming too. Finally someone that understands what I am saying all the time. My mommy and daddy don't always know what I am trying to say, I mean I try to cry as loud as possible so that they will understand to change my diaper...but it takes them awhile to catch on. Now with Maya being here she can better help communicate to mommy and daddy. I can't wait.

Well it is my bedtime and I am trying to tell mommy to feed me quick so I can try for 4 nights in a row without waking up. We'll cross our fingers. See ya everyone!"

2 months old

Hello everyone, today is February 6, 2009 and I am 2 months old (almost 9 weeks however). I saw today that Grandma and Granddad had over 20 inches of snow...pretty neat. I am happy that Daddy is back from Vegas and I can still go to college someday. Mommy and Daddy are excited that I smile a whole lot now. I tend to regularly smile in the mornings when I wake up. Today I am going to lay in the swing and nap, then I will play on my mat with Sam. I can't go out and play today as it is raining, so heads up east coasters, when it rains here, snow out there.
Daddy says that tomorrow is a big day and that I need to rest up. There is something called a Super Bowl. I know I am going to like it, becasue Daddy likes it. I think it is a big bowl of chile, but I can't be for sure yet as I am still too young to know. He has also been saying a lot about the Colts...I think I am going to like horseys when I get older too. I don't know what he means about the Colts are 5 point favorites...but they are favorites of mine so I will pick them. I am starting to get hungry and need to find mommy, so I will see you all later...Love Peyton
